Dr. Brooke Fantin, DPT, RYT, WHC, SSRP


Dr. Brooke Fantin is a clinical doctor of physical therapy, specialized in women’s pelvic health with over a decade of studies in integrative wellness and functional health. She is passionate about encouraging and elevating the women she works with to take ownership over their health and who they want to be.

“I help women re-establish their mind-body connection and offer practices to relieve stress and tension so they can feel balanced, energized and free to pursue the life that is for them.”

Brooke takes a bottom-up approach, using the physical body as the starting point and gateway into the internal landscape that is piecing together your total health picture.

She has completed education to be credentialed as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, Registered Yoga Teacher, Somatic Stress Release Practitioner with Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapies, Integrative Women’s Health Coach and Pre & Postnatal Coach - all of which she uses to inform her coaching practice.

Brooke’s clinical passion lies in the complexities of women’s pelvic pain. With this population she is able to blend all of her gifts and studies to dive deeper into the layers of the body’s experienced pain that’s holding them back. Outside of this, she is fulfilled by supporting women through any season or transition of womanhood.

In addition to her practice, Brooke has taught in Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training programs, hosts educational workshops and offers her therapeutic touch in yoga classes to the community and poses as a mentor for her colleagues from time to time.

Brooke describes herself as an athletic yogi and loves to explore different movement and therapeutic modalities. She thrives in connecting with community or an outdoor adventure, and is always up for learning something new. Her latest inspirations are pottery and training for half ironmans!
