ethos

WholeSoul deeply believes in the value of mind, body, spirit integration for optimal and sustainable vitality and healthspan.

Rooted in mind-body medicine, I look at the mind and body as one. Inseparable, the mind-body is tightly intertwined by our nervous system - the highways that filter our emotions and everyday stimuli, needing to discern nourishment from toxic waste.

While our bodies are designed with an incredible inner intelligence to repair and heal, we are living in unprecedented times of stress and the conditions in which many of us are living can begin to strip the body of its innate ability to recover and restore.

This is why I take a whole-person integrative approach to health care; funneling Eastern and Western holistic health practices through a lens backed by the science of pain, stress and mindfulness.

It is my mission to help others navigate lifestyle and self-care practices with a humble, clinical, humanistic approach to create suitable conditions and environments for your mind, body and spirit to come into balance.

When we are living from that centered place of wholeness, our health improves, our quality of life goes up and our dreams and goals become more accessible.

I strive to inject a sense of lightness and fun into health care; because after all life is not an outcome, it is the summation of the process.

she knew there had to be more…

There had to be a way.

When Brooke was a junior in college she knew she could not be the ONLY person to have ever walked the planet with the struggles and pains she was facing. She was not an anomaly, she was just a girl who’s access to the current healthcare system was not cutting it.

As determined as she was to improve her health and her life, Brooke began to seek therapeutic philosophies and practices outside of the mainstream system.

Brooke, an experiential learner, understands the deep suffering we can impose on ourselves we when are not able to live in alignment with our desires and truth.

There was a time in Brooke’s life where she struggled with her weight, chronic pain and other chronic conditions impacting her gut, skin and normative hormone levels. Deeply unsettled in her body, Brooke felt like she was living in a vessel that did not belong to her; it did not match her heart and spirit and they way she wanted to show up in the world. She limited herself from adventure and love - two of the things she values most in this lifetime.

But her system was doing the best it could under the current conditions it was trying to navigate.

Once Brooke began practices that honored and acknowledged the connection of the mind-body, things started to change. Over the years she has become more aware of her self, more in tune with her body and more connected to her spirit.

Now, she pays it forward by integrating her professional education and experiential studies of Eastern and Western therapeutic modalities rooted in the somatic framework of mind-body medicine.
