What is “somatic stress relief?”

Somatics is the field of study that explores the relationship between the body, mind, and emotions; and how these influence our overall well-being.

A somatic stress relief session provides the environment and supportive suggestions, props and resources to allow one’s body the space for discharge or release of lingering emotional tension.

Every session is uniquely guided and co-created based on the current needs of each individual.
